Since Luffy's defeat, Kaido has continued to hunt Momonosuke and the one he is protecting is Yamato. Momonosuke had sent a message to the straw hats that Luffy had vowed to defeat Kaido.
Thus, the confrontation between father and daughter Kaido against Yamato is about to begin. Yamato's dream will come true because his wish is to face Kaido with the help of Luffy.
Previously, Nami's super attack, called "Clima-Tact," has transformed into Zeus. Captain Kid continues to clash with Big Mom. Captain Kid remembers when he made a temporary alliance during a battle and discovered that the pacifists would fight him.
Meanwhile, Law realized that traveling around Luffy for years made him believe that Luffy would beat Kaido.
Yamato called Kaido's name. Kaido got angry and told Yamato to address him as a father. Yamato says he is here to break the chains that bind him to Kaido.
Big Mom and Captain Kid kept exchanging blows. Meanwhile, Sanji fought Queen fiercely. Queen almost destroyed Chopper.
Finally, Chopper helps Zoro get his medical skills back. Currently, Yamato is afraid that Luffy won't be there, and he has to keep fighting and protecting Momonosuke until Luffy shows up for the rematch.

Leaked summary of chapter 1016 of One Piece. The chapter begins with CPo revealing the side changes between the Pleasures and the Waiters.
They also show that Kaido has 20,000 members fighting against 7,000 warriors from the samurai crew. Meanwhile, Nami and Ulti engage in a fierce battle.
During the fight, Ulti survived Nami's attack, but Zeus interfered and directed a punch to hit Ulti. After that, Zeus controlled all of Nami's attacks that missed Ulti, and they continued to hunt Ulti. Finally, Zeus helped Nami destroy Ulti.
Ulti tries everything to win the battle, but it backfires when Nami and Zeus team up and defeats Ulti. Usopp manages to capture Bao Huang, who announces that Kaido has defeated Luffy.
Usopp uses Midori Boshi: Devil Green Star: Devil to hold Bao Huang. He orders Tama to send a message across the island to Mary. Bao Huang's face is not revealed after Ussop catches him.
Haki clashes, the samurai are impressed by the straw hats turning the tide in their favor. Zeus told Nami to give him a name she likes.
Nami reveals that Zeus's new name is "Wata", which means cotton, but Zeus finds this strange and says he will use his old name, Zeus.
Tama talks about the battle with the rest of the island, revealing how the straw hats are gaining momentum, and the fight is still 50/50 even though Kaido's men are more of a samurai crew. The reason Kaido arrived in Wanokuni will be released soon.

Meanwhile, the battle between father and son continues with Kaido claiming that Yomato calls him father. During the war, Yamato realized that he could not defeat Kaido, but would fight until the straw hat captain returned.
Finally, Kaido and Yamato were on the roof and exchanged words and powerful punches. Kaido transforms into his monster form as he climbs on the roof and uses his hybrid form. Yamato tells Kaido that when they win, he will go to sea with Luffy.
But before that, they will make sure that Kaido is expelled from Wanokuni. Kaido gets angry and tells Yamato that he won't hold back and that it will be like fighting a version of himself. Yamato tells Kaido that Luffy is on his way, he will hold out until Luffy returns.
